Simply click on the foods you plan to eat as shown in the
image below.
Next enter your blood sugar reading
and click on "Calculate" to see your insulin calculation results as show
in the image below.
Last, click on "Save Record" to have your records saved in a
local spreadsheet file.
This file will keep track of all blood sugar readings, foods
eaten at each meal and insulin usage.
